The Division of Driver Education is a District Court program that teaches traffic safety to juvenile and adult traffic violators.

The Division of Driver Education offers community education, instruction, counseling, and public information as both a preventative and rehabilitative effort for traffic offenders. This program is financed through fines from moving traffic violations.

If your license is revoked by the Administrative Driver’s License Revocation Office (ADLRO), the Division of Driver’s Education determines your substance abuse or dependence and the need for treatment. Anyone convicted of a Driving Under the Influence (DUI) charge must take Driver’s Education classes. Contact the Division of Driver Education for your area to make an appointment.
